Here is an "any old excuse" purchase.
I was buying a DVD on Amazon which was one cent less than the minumum to qualify for free postage.

So it was cheaper to buy the Airfix tank, and so qualify for free shipping, than it was to buy the DVD on its own

Save money and buy a kit.

A good day at the Yeovilton show nabbed me this lot, all for £5 or less each.

My plan for the two Scimitars is one as an Fleet Air Arm Scimiter and the other as a Supermarine Type 509 with its large butterfly tail.

You know what. I was stood next to a chap with a Scimitar in his bag for a couple of minutes. Were you carrying a camera?

Was that a Scimitar in your bag, or were you just pleased to see him...?

It looks quit basic but will fill a hole in my Fleet Air Arm types.
