Just found these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/pmask-1-72-ca ... 2437896615 don´t know if they´re any good but I bought some for a few in the stash - certainly worth it for my 110! Very cheap, good shipping rate and combined postage! Got a few quid from me anyway.

I've got a couple but not used them yet, someone did comment on a Fbook modelling forum that they didn't rate them. Tbh some of the Eduard ones I've used were not that clever.

I googled P Mask and came up empty. Are these sold on EBay only?

Found this article http://www.internetmodeler.com/scalemod ... -Pmask.php but not much else. There is a link to their website at the bottom but the site is all in polish.

Just to return to this thread......

I've been in Spain for a couple of weeks re-fighting an old battle we lost in 1707 (and we lost again, the past is unchangeable) but I'd been keeping an eye on this as, quite honestly, these masks seemed too good to be true. I ordered three sets to coincide with getting home and I've just put the first set on the Airfix Kate canopies. Here they are:

Image
They're really just a very thin version of vinyl insulation tape, very easy to handle with a scalpel blade and a pair of tweezers. I got a couple wrong and they lifted off easily (and this photo shows I need to do some further work on re-positioning!). There's maybe potential for a bit of stretch, but that's good on the 3-D curved surfaces.

I've never really been a fan of cockpit masks, preferring to use a roll of Tamiya tape and a knife; I've actually dumped a set of Eduard masks in favour of this old-skool method, but, for the couple of quid they cost, these really are good and I suspect I'll order up the ones for the remaining new-tool Airfix I still have to build.

Interesting review Kevan; I might just give them a try
