Added to the stash in exchange for the aforementioned Tunnan and Spitfire.
I have already stripped some of it down and started removing the decals ready for its restoration and markings change.

All the best.

Not a kit, but did get put in the model room. Added some new life into my 20 year old Hi-Fi seperates yesterday. I bought myself a Philips Bluetooth Hi-Fi adapter. I can now stream music from my phone to the Hi-Fi.

Turned up in the post today:

A proper blast from the past, soon to be put together in South Vietnamese markings. Does anyone by any chance have the old decal set out of the MiG-21 dogfight double?

A couple of new additions to the stash. One kit and the other decals.

All the best.

Another small addition to the stash. Mistercraft Caravelle. In 1/144. It comes with United and SAS colours but there is info about a release in Aeroflot markings. Wouldn't mind that one but I have non civvie plans for this one.

All the best.

Haven't even cut plastic on the one I got and now I want to get a second Caravelle just to do it in Aeroflot kit.

I have heard it is a bear of a kit to put together. A couple of dry runs on some parts seem to confirm this. Still, we're modellers not assemblers....right? :-D
Incidentally I did a google for images of Aeroflot Caravelles. They look quite cool in those colours.

All the best.

I forgot to mention a charity shop find. Italeri Spit MKV starter set complete and sealed for 3.99. Not sure if it'll be a what if or not yet but that may be it's fate.

All the best.

Greg have you seen this review of the Mister Craft kit https://www.cybermodeler.com/hobby/kits ... 0277.shtml

It sounds like a cheap source of Aeroflot decals for the Caravelle.

'twas done for a French film, Aeroflot colours on one side only, rather than both as in the kit

Cheers Alan and Maple.
I will look out for the Aeroflot boxing. I have a plan for the one I have. Something Scandinavian.

All the best.

I've got them if you want them.

I've had a few new arrivals in various scales and subjects over the past couple of weeks.
