Thanks lads for the comments,I only wanted a Zero,I dont know what came over me,I told SWMBO it was MarkyM607 fault for calling me loony. This is the most kits I have ever had at one time. :shock:But with my completion rate of about 50%,I should manage to build 3 and throw 4 against the wall. Thats one of the reasons I dont have a stash, its usually a rotation of 3,1 built,1 thrown and one in reserve!!

I'm sure you'll enjoy building them.

Thats the thing,I enjoy building them, even if I dont complete them.To me its the choosing the kit, getting it out of its box and gluing parts together,if it gets finished, its a bonus. Am I the only one who thinks like this, probably!!Dazzled wrote:I'm sure you'll enjoy building them.

Picked up the new Trumpeter 1/72 SAM-6 ''Gainfull'' .
It wasn't in the stash for very long. It is now in 7 sub assemblies and I just need to sand the missiles before I start painting.

I can't ever bring myself to build a kit I've only just got I have no idea why, it just seems disrespectful to the other kitsFalcon wrote:Picked up the new Trumpeter 1/72 SAM-6 ''Gainfull'' .

Here's another three that will have to wait their turn to get built to avoid upsetting those already in the stash!
The Harrow was inspired by Chuck's build in the Cargo Haulers GB (Here: http://uamf.org.uk/viewtopic.php?f=366&t=15139), the Fokker T.V looks an unusual subject, and the K P gliders (two in the box ) were added to save paying postage, but actually look to be nice little kits anyway

Re: Oh, No! - My Stash is Getting Unfeasibly Large!
After seeing all of David's small armour builds and his current Matchbox Challenger build, I put a cheeky eBay bid on these three kits for less than £12 thinking Revell had reboxed the old Matchbox Challenge. To my suprise I won and a further suprise was that Revell had not reboxed the old kit but had manufactured their on very fine detailed kit. So I'm classing this as a win win two decent kits the Cromwell & Challenger and a not bad Churchill.
My work bench is starting to look like Portsmouth Naval Dockyard.

A good chunk of heavy armour for the price. All MB kits were 1:76 scale and AFAIK all Revell 1:76 kits are old MB ones, therefore if it says 1:72 it's not MB. Would like to see how the Revell kit compares to the MB one though.splash wrote:After seeing all of David's small armour builds and his current Matchbox Challenger build, I put a cheeky eBay bid on these three kits for less than £12 thinking Revell had reboxed the old Matchbox Challenge.
