I agree.
I've asked a few times over a few years and they never seem to have anything!

I have contacted them twice in about 7 years, both times they were able to supply the part I wanted (one canopy, one set of decals) for a modest fee and very efficiently too I may add.
I sent my request by snail mail with a cheque for £5 both times; both times I got a refund of £2 :-D
Best wishes

Jim

Don't forget "New Airfix" won't have the the warehouse full of old stock we remember from the glory days, also brand new releases will have gone out for sale and will take a bit of time for a backstock to build up. I wonder if stores send back faulty kits as they did in the past, I'm sure thats maybe where a lot of spares came from.
I should think the last chance to buy sales will also have cleared out a lot of old stock.
Also any kits made by other manufacturers and reboxed by them are unlikely to be held. I requested a canopy for the Pucarra and that was the case.

There was a time Rita managed the spares department. Good old days.

Never had an issue with them, I've always had good service.
