The Return of the Cleaner

Post by Springy67 »

Yes, she's back with her errant duster! After previously knocking my HMS Victory off the shelf, this time our cleaner has broken off one of the undercarriage legs on my Messerschmitt 262. At least she didn't sacrifice it to the great god of the vacuum cleaner which seems to have been the fate of the pitot tube from the port wing. :frown:

How she managed to do this damage I do not know - the model was placed on top of the books on a bookshelf well out of the way so, unless she was dusting the books . . .

Based on her choice of targets, I'm suspecting she may have some French blood in her.

Need to print off some more "Do Not Dust" signs, methinks.

Perhaps it's time to do your own dusting?

What targets are available for her next visit?
My work bench is starting to look like Portsmouth Naval Dockyard.

I've heard that people who train Capuchin helper monkeys have got excellent results in training their charges using hi-voltage, low-amp electrical shocks. I believe it's called operant conditioning. Have you thought about this as a way forward?

Poundland £1 electronic fly swats could be used.

Not a solution - I'm off to repair two wire antenna I knocked off doing that yesterday.

Would a simple request to refrain from touching any of the models not work?
