Nice to see Aifix starting to do twin engine types in 1/48 but the Blenheim is a bit of a surprise. I would have thought they would have started with either a Mosquito or Do17 perhaps.

Still, looks like a nice kit, though most if that lovely detail is going to be hidden once built.

I'd think with that big glass cockpit, the detail there would be quite visible.
I sold off my full collection of Classic Airframes 1/48 Blenheims, but the Airfix IF could be of interest.

It's certainly on my list for this year. It should go nicely with the 1/48th Battle of Britain subjects that I already have.
So many models, so little time.

Hmmm!
Maybe a Mk.IV on the cards not too long afterwards (as they did at 1/72) ??

Definitely on my 'want' list (as would a Mk.IV too)
Currently on bench: ICM 1/72 Tupolev Tu-2

Airfix's 2018 range announcement is on Tuesday, I believe.

The Blenheim was announced in October ;-)

I'm confused. Part of that Ebay says ready to ship/deliver now, the rest says pre-order for Nov 2018 which is what the Airfix store says.
Is this guy selling pre-orders ?

I would presume so yes - some people like to get in quick!

And part with their money quickly too; unlike some other suppliers who accept a pre-order but only take payment on dispatch, this lot take the full payment on order......
Best wishes

It seems more than a bit deceptive confusing ...

I'm content to wait on the decision to even buy one, there definitely is no space or urgency to get it on the workbench ....
