Michael,

"Save" will save a draft copy of whatever message you are working on. Drafts are handy to keep from loosing things, like lengthy or detailed posts. Unfortunately I tend to work out of the Quick Reply and loose things that way.

You can (later) hit the "Load" button and it will present you a list of all saved drafts, newest on top. You select the one you want, continue to work then submit it.

The draft will be deleted when you submit the real post.

Note that the saved draft is linked to the thread (or forum) it was created in and the "Load" button will only show there, which is why if you loose something you can go to the User Control Panel, and select "Manage Drafts".

That new...good idea... always used the preview feature to "edit" photos and how my post looked once posted before hit submit...

it was time consuming and labour intensive
