One of my aircraft is missing.

Got something to say about the hobby of model making?

One of my aircraft is missing.

Well, not an aircraft, but my file folder with all my looseleaf HP Hampden references ! :frown:

It's not just all the modeling articles and profiles but I also had a type-written 1936 manufacturer's booklet in there.

I am absolutely beside myself and have torn the house apart at least twice trying to figure where it might have gotten to.

It's my model and I'll do what I want with it.

Real Hampdens are rare so are the paperwork . Seriously though I lose (mislaid)my decals or references from time to time and it is so frustrating. Try to have a methodical search thru the house/loft . When did you last have sight of or hold them ?? Good luck

I can guarentee that it'll be in the very last place you'll look...so if you can work out where that is... ;-)

I guarantee you'll find it once you moved past the need you're hoping to use it for. In other words dive into your next project and start searching for reference material on that and you'll be sure to find the missing data.

Happens all the time ;-)

Serendipity will rear its ugly head about it.
