I like to taste your foods and wines some day!! may a dinner for at least 30 of us?

Very good work in Boston, what colours did you use? I like the green so much!

For Ural:
I like to taste your foods and wines some day!! may a dinner for at least 30 of us?

Very good work in Boston, what colours did you use? I like the green so much!
30?
I know a place near Rome, a beautiful place, where we can organize a great Barbecue.....and the wine would not be a problem! ;-)

The Green it's Maimeri "Verde Smeraldo", "Emerald Green".

I began to prepare the colors by myself, using "Maimeri" acrylics paints
Image
They are inexpensive and are worth well than the classics!
But they are laborious to prepare.
After many trials and test, for airbrush use, I suggest this formula;
In an old Tamya colour can -
50% colour, 30% white alcohol, 20 % demineralized water, 2 drops of dishwashing liquid.
It is best to filter the color obtained before using it, and give more light coats.

Macchi M16 Esoteric.
Funny.
Of course, the photos are great twenty times the model ........ the fuselage is 5 cm long!
Putty on the fuselage as required.

Image

The instrument panel is fictional.
I imagined a small gauge for the oil on the right. at the center a big classic compass, an inclinometer on the bottom and on right, magnets switches and the fuel hand pump for the startup.
The standard at his time (1919, with the luxury of the compass).

Image

The belly.

Image

Nose

Image

Two words about the nose:
Commendable initiative to do it in white metal, with the three, Anzani enigine, cylinders, but I would have done without it.
The cylinders printed with the nose are horrible and have been eliminated.
I'll just make them far better.
In addition, the piece doesn't fit and is considerably oversized.
We will be sanding and putty.
The size tiny size, in this case, help.

 Fun indeed!

Airfix Aussie Boston:
I finished the "weathering", hope you like:

The Macchi it's.......a bit lively! :-D

The nose is perhaps a little too much heavier than the rest, I hope to add some weight in the floating is enough ......

The Aussie Boston it's on his leg, and with the natural light looks much better.

Your Boston is quite tasty but not as much as your meals. Yum Yum.

I am satisfied with the exhaust. :)

Tonight I forget all at "Castelnuovo di Porto Country fayre", near Rome, with my girl-friend.
Good wine, dumplings, grilled meat ( sausages , steaks , etc etc) , grilled vegetables, pancakes, nooks , "vin santo" , live music ....

Airfix Boston is almost finished:

I've stated the SMER Spitfire MkVb.
It's the old and beautiful Heller kit.
Will be a ICAF MkV based at Canne in 1944.

Start to rescribin the panel lines.
