Nice pair Paul, I have almost finished mine off. I have been using thin strips of white decal for the canopy frames. I've not had any issues with any of the Hobby Boss decals I've used so far.

Shane, I used Xtradecal Aluminium striping on my canopies - good stuff and matches Model Master Metalizer Aluminum very well - despite the lack of an 'i.' ;-)

Regarding the decals, the ones in mine were thick and brittle and wouldn't conform to the compound curves, even with the strongest setting solution I have - Solvaset. :evil:

Time for one last completion on the year - the new Airfix 1/72 Gnat. OOB except for a replacement nose probe, this one fought me all the way - not an enjoyable build, but it is done now. Decals by our own Mike Grant on his special UAMF decal sheet from a few years back:
