Sometimes the talent consists exactly in that: try five dozen times when others stop at three dozen...! (F.Labelle)
I think that modeling is a subtle mix of zen philosophy and absolute crazyness - but in my case I would not dare to specify the respective percentage of each......

I found the fit around the cockpit ejection capsule, canopy and nose to be most difficult area to get right during my F-111 build Giulio and IMHO the problems are largely caused by Airfix's idea that the ejection capsule be removable. That little Fokker looks really good 8-)

Workbench Update.

Eduard Fokker DrI 1/72:
Amazing, gracious and nice little kit.
Waiting for last details, Eduard made a great job on this.

Airfix GD F111 A 1/72

An old glory, my first Airfix build when I was 11.
The real plane is impressive, and so is the model, although details are approximate, wrong or missing.
A lot of putty , a lot of patience , I hope to be finished decent.

Revell F100 D Supersabre 1/72

Started las week, mould it's nice, shape and scale perfect, the fit it's excellent and require a little amount of putty on the belly, promising, :)

Lovely Dr1 and it's great to see the F-111 is coming along. My Hase Super Sabre has stalled again whilst I deal with the CBK SIG build - homemade dropped slats feature again, whether that's a good thing or not, time will tell!

Thats a standout F-111. Nice.
The best thing, is to keep on building. Clap your hands, stamp your feet, wiggle your fingers…
