Welcome back Sissel!
Good to see your cat again and wish to advise that the little cat we rescued several years ago is now a stately matron. She is however still the terror of the mice. :omg

Love the Fairlane the wing colour looks fine, so why not darken the white bonnet with a wash of Tamiya smoke

Sorry I can't help with your paint issues as I don't really know what I'm doing!

WelcomE Back Sissel, I'm rally happy to See you again.
Sometimes the talent consists exactly in that: try five dozen times when others stop at three dozen...! (F.Labelle)
I think that modeling is a subtle mix of zen philosophy and absolute crazyness - but in my case I would not dare to specify the respective percentage of each......

Cheers guys, and thanks.
I promise I haven't vanished again. :-D

Just got very busy and haven't had a chance to sit down at the desk. And now Easter is coming fast.

I did get a chance to try fix the yellowing on the Fairlane. But I seemed to make it all worse, so I'm afraid I'm gonna have to repaint. I've read somewhere (years ago) about a technique with putting oven cleaner in a bag or something, so when I get the chance will search that up and try that.
Looks like that car will be my first airbrush project then. A shame, as I was really happy with the paint job. Shame the gloss can ruined it. But can't cry over that. Comes with the "job". :-D

See you after Easter.

Just a small update.
I've been and am very busy (other hobbies, hiking groups etc.). Plus I don't have the urge yet to build again. And it doesn't help with some sad news/stuff with family that's taking a toll.
So, I wont be back to the bench till after summer.
Cheers, all! Have a great summer!
