Lovely work, I particularly like the Mossie. Excellent stuff.

I don't think I've seen a tank build from you, Mike, during my several years on here and that 38(t) looks gooder than a very good thing I must say. I'd have never noticed anything wrong with the tracks either had you not mentioned the issue.

Thanks guys, I appreciate your comments. I've done a few armour pieces over the years but this is the first 1/35 tank I've built in about two decades.

Re: Migrant's Cabin 2017
Bit of an update. Just completed this Heller 1/72 Arado Ar-96 for the Blitzbau.
Also working on the amazing 1/72 SBS Farman F.190, probably the best resin kit I've ever seen. Here's a pic of the cockpit (all OOB), the cabin seats and bulkheads also have to be installed.
And alongside this, a Hasegawa 1/72 S-3 Viking which has been re-scribed and slowly going together. I'm not going to any super-detail lengths, but with such a big canopy I decided to add side consoles and replace the kit seats with a couple of Pavla resin ones.

Absolutely wonderful modelling skills! The Farman cockpit is coming along beautifully.
I'm curious how you install the cabin clear parts so cleanly. Are you using an adhesive?

Please tell me those are decals on the Viking cockpit panels or I'm just going to give up now.

Re: Migrant's Cabin 2017
Both are really great looking builds so far, looking forward to seeing them progress further
Best wishes

Re: Migrant's Cabin 2017
Thanks guys. Yes, the wood effect is brown oil paint streaked over a pale buff base coat, then the whole thing over-sprayed with Tamiya Clear Orange which gives it a rich, wooden tone.
They're definitely decals, Spaceowl
