Thanks guys.
Some more work this morning. The crusader AA Mk2 now has it's tracks and is ready for some markings:

Also the Saracen Ambulance is now permanently up on its wheels, most of the paintwork done and is ready for it's red crosses:

Great work, Steve. At the risk of repeating myself, you don't half do a good job of these models.

Don't normally get much time over the weekends for model work however I managed an hour and have now got some 'red crosses' on the Saracen:

Now needs the decals sealing with some matt varnish, number plates fitting, possibly some divisional markings, indicators and side lamps, mirrors and a light weathering and it should be complete. Doesn't sound much but it'll still be a few hours work yet.
Updates will follow

Looking rather good, nice work. Have you seen that Ace are doing a Saracen MkII and a Saladin?

Nicely done, Steve. I've never built a military ambulance (or a civilian one come to think of it) but they do make good subjects with the red cross markings lifting the necessarily drab camo.

More progress with my Crusaders being built across on the ATF Crusader GB.
This morning I filled in some small indents in the top of the turret on the Mk 2 and sanded them smooth. Then I added some markings for the 7th Armoured Division.
Lastly I made some Tarp rolls and added some white metal ammo boxes and a spare jerry can as some stowage along with adding a spare wheel to the turret.
I also decided to replace the headlamps guards I'd already done with some finer copper wire.
Next up should be some final paint, then some light weathering and a couple of aerials:

The Mark 1 then got some work. I thinned the top edges of the turret, smoothed the sides, added the gun after drilling the barrel and then trawled my spares box for a gun support cradle and a suitable gun operator:

Painting should be next on the agenda
Updates to follow

Nice builds. I like the field gun you made. Does the kit come with any figures/accessories?

Stu, if you mean the 105mm light gun the answer unfortunately is no. However you do get two guns in the box so you can make either the M118 or the M119 and have them either in trailed mode or like the one I did in firing mode.
