RLM76 was sprayed last night and masked today for the splinter camo of RLM80 and RLM82.

When everything was suitably dried I took off all the masking tape....

I'm happy as there was no touch up needed anywhere so I'll leave overnight and then take of the engine hatches to paint the interior of them with RLM02 and also the wheel wells while I am at it.
I may also finish painting the landing gear at the same time.

Thanks for looking in guys, not much progress at the mo as I keep getting distracted by the tennis and today will be no different but I have managed to get the props and landing gear finished so if I have time I will attach them later.

Next up will be to attach the front portion of the canopy and then give the whole model a coat or two of Klear.

Thanks guys, yes OT it is a mean looking aircraft and it's very big considering it's a fighter.

Ok the decals have been added and had no probs with them.
The loop aerial was made from stretched sprue because I had misplaced the kit part along with a couple of stays for the access doors so I am going to make another three for the doors.
The canopy is going to be in the open position and not in the closed as in the photos.
I also added the port wing lights.
So I will leave this alone now until tomorrow to let the sol and set do their jobs.

What's left to do?
A coat of Klear.
Post shade the panel lines.
Oil wash the control surfaces.
Exhaust Stains.
Nav lights.
Attach the access doors and stays.
Coat of matt varnish.
Dust the wheels.
That's it

Mark

Va va voom, beautiful, Mark.

Are the markings the kit ones?
They add a nice touch of colour, all the Do 335 schemes seem pretty bland, but I really like that.
