Well, I was so taken by the last tracked vehicle that had to start new one immediately. And after few relatively short sessions I have arrived at this stage of ... amx-13/75 - the heavy tank for light people :).

I will be putting sag on tracks after I mounting them (painted already). Plan is to make a French machine from Operation Musketeer. Track assembly took 95% of time so far, the only mundane part of any modern vehicle build.

Nice one, Marek, the AMX is a cool looking tank. In some ways the vehicle makes me think of a British Scorpion light tank but with a much bigger cannon. Looks like a good kit with nice surface detail and tracks, although the latter may have been hard work they certainly look the part IMHO.
Doing - Tamiya 1/35th Universal Carrier.

That looks a very nice kit indeed, and seems to have gone together well!
Best wishes

It is going quite well. Not overly complicated and a good 'first' for somebody who, like me, had never tackled individual styrene linx in that scale before. I have done Fruils on the Scorpion but not plastic ones. Even though, the French doctrine used them a bit different than Scorpions, I think they are close cousins on the battlefield.

Good to see you building again!

I just got that same AMX. What an ugly troll of a vehicle! I love it!

Really nice work on the Chieftain. The netting on the gun looks great to me.

The AMX looks like a nice model as well. It is quite a small vehicle. I would not have thought it was so small except for the bottle of glue beside it.

This is it. The moment we should have trained for.

Oh man! I'm sorry I missed the Chieftain on your previous page. That looks great!

Why do you keep building the same tanks that I buy? :D

Rafal, it seems I became a modelling troll :). But seriously, I think we have common bucket of air and land vehicles of interest. Sometimes it feels like I am doomed (:)) to follow you in a build of particular plane or tank at some point. We buy at different times, build at different times but our sets have large common subsets :).

I always thought this was a very handsome light tank myself. I'm keen to see how this one turns out.

Back in August last year I have started the Danish Lynx Mk.90, I got slightly disenchanted with it. It comes together ok but is nowhere near to be lynxy on any metrics. But I have finished it last week and I guess Danish Navy will not sue me; it looks like a Lynx from some safe distance.

The rest of pics are in aircraft gallery.
Thanks for watching! :)
