Quick update. I have not updated my workbench thread for a while. Doing models, just not able to spend much time on updating. AML 60 was finished, I will be posting it up soon. Workbench is now split between 1/72 Haegawa Skyraider, Arma TS-11 Iskra, MPM Meteor FR Mk.9, 1/48 Trumpeter Attacker and 1/72 Azur Breguet 1050 Alize.

Hase's Skyraider is closest to completion. It needs to be done by Saturday for my local IPMS club's 'Shelf Queen' build.

That Skyraider looks great! Why was it a shelf queen?

Cheers,

Due to Hasegawa's policy of providing the least desirable (if any) weapon loads with kits, I had to source some 'bang thingies' Mk81 for it. Between deciding to part with 10 bucks for 6 resin pieces and them actually arriving at my workbench, I have gotten into new projects. The kit itself is beautiful, no vices with it.

Update on the busy bench:

1/72 MPM Meteor FR9 in 'Suez Canal' markings has blue nose on and orange panels done. I made mistake of putting orange straight onto black primer, boy, I lost count on airbrush passes needed to build it up to a reasonable level.
1/72 Arma TS-11 Iskra has major painting done, ready for decals.
1/48 Attacker is almost out of paint shop, still some touchups to do on demarkation lines.

Nice work on all three Marek; I'm looking forward to seeing how the Meteor turns out as (for me) Suez markings were some of the best ever for aircraft to wear!
