I have been having fun over on the Blitz GB and did a scratch build conversion of a Churchill tank to a 3in Gun Carriage.

Very cool. What a beast! In that configuration you can really see the WW1 influenced trench monster.

It’s a shame it was not the success they thought it would have been, as it was out of date before it was finished.

Good news I have been successful in bidding on 100 6mm scale AFV’s on eBay, these should look good on the top deck of the LST.
My work bench is starting to look like Portsmouth Naval Dockyard.

Oh wow, those are great little vehicles and in white metal too - reminds me of my old wargames pieces from the 70's.

Although I never did any war-gaming, I did buy loads of these many years ago and paint them up. I sold them at a good mark-up to the war-gamers who couldn't be bothered :-D
