Nice one. I think it is still possible to buy beach buggy kits to convert old VW Beetles. I note the Austrian and Swiss options on the number plates. I've been to both countries on numerous occasions. Best of luck finding a decent beach with sand dunes for your buggy in either :ha:

The VW Buggy went together very easily. I used Mr Hobby metallic green which I thought comes up very nicely.

Just noticed the front left tyre wasn't on properly. Easy to fix that but can't be bothered to take and upload another photo to replace that last one!

My first completion of 2018 is an Academy 1/72 B-17F Flying Fortress. The decals were supplied by Kitsworld.

Nice B-17, and the A-37 is a nice little kit as I recall; I built it in ROK display team colours and don't remember any real bad points
