When was finished first kit? And why in your collection only british aircraft and other aircraft with british markings?

Words fail me...

I have a question for you. Can you tell me a little bit about your Wellington minesweeper? We recently had a Wellington group build on the old forum and I was originally going to attempt the MS but because of the lack of photos I bailed on the project. I would love to know how you built your nose, the ring and all the ring attaching points.

When was finished first kit?

My father started in this hobby in his childhood (all the ones which appears in the "rebuild" module).
I could say that on 2001 my father started to build the models with the actual standard.

And why in your collection only british aircraft and other aircraft with british markings?

Our aim is to model all the aircraft types that flew with the Royal Air Force, the Fleet Air Arm, BOAC and all the Commonwealth in the time frame between 1936 and 1947, in all major versions. And to include also Lend-Lease and captured enemy types.

That it is why we make "series" of each aircraft.

Can you tell me a little bit about your Wellington minesweeper?

Of course. Please send me a PM with your email address and I will send you the information I have as regards the Wellington minesweeper. I have an article and a couple of photos from differents books. My father made all the pieces from scratch.

That Hurricane was called DODO. Send me a PM and I will send you two short but good articles as regards this Hurricane.

My father has finished the second Lincoln for a friend of him.





We have started to revise the kits that we have for our next project (Westland Lysander). We have 13 kits, 3 more kits are comming and we will need at least 10 more.

I do not have the final list but I cannot reduce the numbers of Lysanders selected (at least 30).
