Your father has made excellent progress with this vacform build Santiago. I've never heard of the PB2Y but it is a good looking flying boat IMHO and has an unusual propeller configuration with the four bladed props inboard and three bladed outboard.

Many thanks for your comment. Well, we keep the model in our stash until now. We have many of this.

Here are the final photos of the Consolidated PB2Y Coronado JX501.

It was used as transport serving with RAF Transport Commandfor trasatlantic flights staging through the RAF based at Darrell´s Island, Bermuda and Puerto Rico.

Love the Zero Santiago. Very nice work as always.

That is a striking resemblance between those two aircraft.

That Zero is a great looking build and the TAIC scheme looks nicely different. Indeed there is a similarity with the Gloster but, putting patriotism aside, it has to be said that Mitsubishi made a much better looking aircraft!

Lovely finish on the Zero and a nice theory about it's Gloster origins. Personally I think it's a case of form following function as many fighter aircraft were a similar shape at the time. The Japanese favoured radial engines for their reliability and the low back fuselage could be seen as a progression from other types such as the Ki-27.

The finish on that zero is incredible, thanks for sharing.

Another 1, 2 or 3 you don't see every day!

My father has made a new Supermarine Spitire. This is the number 121 of the Supermarine Spitfire / Seafire.

He represents this aircraft since it was the aircraft which was sit on last time he went to Uk. Here are some photos.
