Excellent work Chuck, in particular the colourful Hawk and Tornado prototypes - I haven't seen a Fin in the prototype colours for quite some time.
Doing - Tamiya 1/35th Universal Carrier.

Great Stuff, Chuck!

Loved the twin Tornados (MRCA's I guess!?)

MRCAs, yes. The F2 is the next one to build. I think I have the old Matchbox kit kicking around. I did one in 1/144th somewhere. It will be hiding in a box in the attic.

On with this build at the moment. The Airfix and Revell Eindeckers.

Also, the new Airfix Defiant in 1/48th.

Really excellent work here Chuck. The Airfix Defiant is a superb looking kit that I've been watching in your thread in the aviation section. The Eindeckers are really attractive subjects, how have you found the new Airfix kit compared to the golden oldie Revell example?

The compare among Revell and Airfix Eindecker it's interesting!
Me too would be curious to know if the old Revell can still compete with new Airfix.
Sometimes the talent consists exactly in that: try five dozen times when others stop at three dozen...! (F.Labelle)
I think that modeling is a subtle mix of zen philosophy and absolute crazyness - but in my case I would not dare to specify the respective percentage of each......

The old Revell WWI kits are actually quite nice. They have a nice, fragile look about them. A tiny bit of scratchbuilding works wonders and the new decals are a bonus.

Beware the Fokker D7. The decals for the lozenge are there, but they are just black and white and you paint the colour in!

Fiddling around with a right old mix of kits, as usual.

I agree with Dazzled.
Your bench looks like mine, Chuck. Many different projects all headed for a finish sometime.

I've been trying to get my Battle of Britain stuff moving along, plus a Wellington BII.

It's really odd being off work with a nasty bug and not feeling like building a model. I was drained. Had a bit of a pick up at last.

Some activity here . . . . .
