Thank you, chaps!

Latest progress on the Italeri Ju-87B-2 BoB Stuka (started during the YCNHTM Spitfires GB):

I just need to install the landing light and footsteps, then brush some pastels behind the exhaust stacks and we're done.

Very good. Nice paintwork especially on the canopy.

Thank you, chaps! Got the thing finished tonight, so I'll try to take some decent pics and post them in the Aviation thread.

Now, onto Spit Mk IXe decalling . . .

Thanks, Stuart. The completed Stuka is now up in the Aviation Modelling area.

So, decalling of the IXe is now done. Codes were from a Modeldecal sheet (24" height). Spits normally wore 20" codes, but the profile I'm working from (Work from a photo of the original? Moi?) suggested they could have been larger. Serial number is from a Ventura sheet. Yep, 10 tiny alphanumerics to be cut out and manhandled into position. Still, it's over and done with now:

So now I've just got to paint the bombs and minor bits & bobs, do some weathering, add a satin coat and add the sticky-outies, and she's done.

Martin

That's a nice looking Spit Martin. I haven't got a clue as to code sizes but those look about right to me.

Great looking Mossie!
I haven't tried one in 1/48 yet. I have the recent Revell B.IV. Looks very good in the box!

Some really stunning work there, hard to choose between them for a favourite.
