Re: Asoka's Antique Table...revisited!
You are probably right Asoka, it is quite often the case that the canopy frames continue the camo scheme. A steady hand and a bit of patience will see you through - keep a cocktail stick handy to clean up any wobbly bits and I'm sure it will be alright on the nightAsoka wrote:Thanks, Shaun!
Very rarely have I also seen a solid colour Luftwaffe scheme... mainly why I chose it! (much easier than mottled! )
The Lysander canopy is on the fuselage, but the wings are just slotted in... I thought that might be better as the frames carry the camo pattern too, from what I can see on the artwork at least!
Cheers!

Thanks, Nigel, Stuart!
The simple scheme helped!
Hi Shaun,
Agree! I am at the moment getting my courage and patience built up to start on it!
...and might also need to run to the 'courage store' to buy a few more cans of 'courage' while doing it!
Cheers, guys!

Thanks, Stuart, Shaun, Iggie!
Hope you all had a great Christmas! ...and are now recovering gracefully!
Yes, Shaun, planning on doing a bit more modelling in 2016, than this year, which was abysmal! Only about 2.5 models built... and couldn't get around to posting them even!
Cheers, guys!

That sounds like an interesting drink, Guilio!
...sure you don't want to try it out, Toby? (just found out that you can make limoncello with lemon peel and vodka! )
Cheers, guys!

Nasty experience with grappa. Almost as bad as my dalliance with gin when I was 15 that involved snooker tables, Hampton Court Palace and the policeAsoka wrote:That sounds like an interesting drink, Guilio!
