Some good painting there, Craig. I'm assuming the instructions cover the colours of all those buttons, or are you having to do your own research?

Regards and welcome,
Bruce

Hi Bruce and Dirk nice meeting you guys no i found the instructions very off with colouration i underwent some 3+ nights before the build researching the real F104 and took particular note on wear and coulouration of switches but some of them are done by the instructions. The throttle console area in the instructions remains grey but the real aircraft its black well scratched black with the wear.
As a flight sim developer i have numorous sources of finding out what i need which aids the kit building hobby nicely and yes i can share links websites if you guys ever need help here on the forums i am available lol
thank you for the kind words
all the best

Aah...good enough!
I often check flight sims. when I want clear shots of interiors. I found the Il-2 series particularly helpful.

Looking good Craig. You've got nothing to worry about, the cockpit looks brilliant.

Never saw one of those made up before. Very nice indeed.

Hi Craig and welcome to the forum.

Here is something fun you can do. Scan a coin of whatever your local currency is, then blow it up by a magnitude of seven or eight, then print it and take a photo of your cockpit next to it. Then tell people its 1/72

Your work looks great by the way

Greetings Craig.

The cockpit looks great. Do you have a 1/12 F104 to put it in :ha:
