Constant Scale 61 went to the printers today. It contains articles on: Towns Revisited (1:600 warship models), Older Airfix Products, Kits and Games, Bulldog 'rough' and kit review and an article on Airfix's steps into the North American market with input from Ralph Ehrmann on the early days. Plus more.

Having got my Airfix Catalogue on Wednesday 11th, I have now completed my Constant Scale article on the 2017 Additions and Deletions. Constant Scale will now go to the printers.

Constant Scale went to the printers yesterday and hopefully will be sent out towards the end of the week.
It contains articles on: Airfix 2017, Airfix and the competition in the 1950s, Airfix modelling in the 1960s and '70s, MiG-21 'Rough', 3 Airfix jets from the 1960s and '70s, more 1970s Games, USAirfix 1979, WW1 Diorama at Margate, 2 important discoveries and more!

CS63 came back from the printers today and has been posted out to all paid-up A.C.C. members.

There is also exciting news on the artwork front!

On the A.C.C. website - http://www.airfixcollectorsclub.co.uk/; in the "Stop Press" section is news of a major discovery of parts of the missing original artwork. More details on the webpage.

CS64 went to the printers today. It contains articles on the Missing Artwork auctioned by Vectis, the reminiscences of an early Type 3 and Type 2 figure artist, Maxi and Marina memories, new and old kit reviews, an Index for CS61-CS64 and more. It should be ready by the weekend.

Constant Scale 64 came back from the printers and was sent out yesterday to all A.C.C. members.

The Third Edition of the "Complete Airfix Artist and Kit List - 1949-2017" was also published and sent out to members who ordered it. It is fully updated and includes the new Wellington (A08019). It runs to 72 pages and includes every model ever produced by Airfix. It is fully cross-referenced and shows year of first release and all artists who have painted the boxtops. At the back there are sections on jigsaws, Airfix books, calendars and much more. It is the most comprehensive listing of Airfix models and is used by Airfix.

It is available to non-members for £10 plus P&P (£2 UK) and more for Europe and Rest of World - please see the A.C.C. website:

CS65 went to the printers this morning. Hopefully it will be in the post by the weekend.
