The subscription issue comes with a really nice 2012 calendar with box art from newer releases ...
For each subject there are also 3 historic thumbnail pix and some info.

In order:

EE Lightning
Valiant
Ju 52 w/floats
Spitfire / 109
Hawk 81
Hurricane I
'G' for George
Tornado F3
Swordfish I
'Val'
John Ratzenberger :???:
It's my model and I'll do what I want with it.

I picked up mine at WH Smith. It's got some real nice pictures and info in it> 8-)

So did I...from the Corley Service center - good thing I did as it is the first and only time I got to seen AMW in a service centre WH Smiths..
Please critique my posts honestly i.e. say what you think so I can learn and improve...

The airtist who is doing this artworkl for AIrfix was displaying at Telford. His work is simply stunning.

The local Book World now gets Airfix Magazine and this one included the calender. Very cool.
Besting 60 years of mediocre building of average kits in the stand off scale

Well, knock me down with a feather duster - I picked up the lated Airfix ModelWorld complete WITH calendar!! :-D Very splendid and gracing the wall above my workbench already!
