Airbrushing For Modellers, Almark Publishing 1974

Post by CementNotGlue »

A good introduction to spraying models by Richard M Goldman & Murray Rubenstein. Plates some in colour to show such affects as staining on the Airfix Walrus. Others in B&W including how the Luftwaffe professionals do it!

Techniques for all types of models, air-supply (I adopted the car wheel) and DIY accessories included.

For holding aircraft it suggests cutting a square out of the end of a shoe box then taping the lid to the box to keep it robust. Also a DIY spray booth.

It cost £1.25 then. It should not cost an arm and a leg now because it has not kept up-to-date with masking tape brands.
