This one wasn't written by me, it's a compilation of articles by various authors. I have a copy, well worth getting if the subject's of interest.

Hello Eric , I suppose the Bedford branch got it early as the SAMI publishing house is in the Kingsway,Bedford. It is/will be out there soon. I will have to get one as it looks good like the building tips and techniques.
