It's a blessing that gentlemen like you take time to post photos of these awesome works. Some of us are off the beaten track in less populated areas, and never seem to have opportunity to see these shows in real life. Thankyou.

Looks like it was a wonderful show; the modelling sublime and professionally displayed. Well done!

Cheers for sharing those fantastic photos, what a brilliant show it must have been.

It was quite the show and we were sad that you weren't there, although we understand why and we all admired you for your dedication. I hope the event went well.

There were lots of nice compliments about your ships, and one chap - who served on the Plymouth during the Falklands - wanted to buy your model! He suggested that you check out the HMS Plymouth Association - they'd be very happy to hear from you there.

Paul thanks for the feedback.

I have tried to find the HMS Plymouth Assosiation but I think it might have disappeared, now that they have scrapped her, several of the websites I used as reference have now gone and the old links just get redirected to non relevant online shops.

My weekend was excellent, the weather in London on Sunday was perfect for marching and the Air-crewman's association managed to muster thirty members and as a bonus we all appeared on the BBC remembrance tv show marching past the cenotaph.

It's a shame the two events always fall on the same weekend.

Could you not come up for the Saturday? Book a hotel for the Friday evening, so you travel up and are at least "there", then you could get in queue ready and early for 9am, have a few hours at show and then go off from there on the Saturday evening 4pm/5pm time and not have had two driving sessions on one day (the onsite hotels need booking now unfortunately! ;-) )

Some video footage of the CW SIG table courtesy of Flory Models, don;t get too excited they appear to have pretty much videoed the entire show!
