I intend to be there. There will be a small contingent from the Farnborough IPMS (three at the moment). I'll be wearing my red Farnborough IPMS t-shirt.

I don't know where the Farnborough stand is - but it should be pretty obvious once you see it.

A very enjoyable day out. Spent a lot of time chatting to people who seemed really interested in the Farnborough stand - mainly thanks to the collection of Gerry Anderson themed Sci-F models - not built by me I hasten to add.

And I discovered that I really can squeeze three boxes of models into the passenger seat of a Caterham 7.

Great to meet Eric and Ratch. Low cloud prevented the Lancaster flypast . Good crowd plenty of buying . Sword Lightnings,Trumpeter 1/48 Whirlwind and Eduard 1/48th Me109G-6 selling very well. Missed a Airfix 1/144th Comet 4B for £15 by a minute.
Came away with the new Whirlwind for £24 and bound Airfix magazines for 1967/8 for £10. Catering was busy with queues for refreshments must take a flask next year.

Great to meet up with Nigel and Eric, and a much busier show than usual
My only purchase was two bottles of Vallejo Matt Varnish ;-)

Only bought one kit - the Revell 1/144 Tu 144.

Did buy some modelling accessories though.
