Well spotted Old Tonto, I think I will have to get some ink jet decal film, but I don't think I can before the GB closes so it's finished for the time being.

Thanks guys for all your nice comments, I have enjoyed this GB, I know the Airfix Mk IX is not the best kit and the panel lines are to big and are missing in some places and others have raised the point about the undercarriage, but for £7 it’s not bad and I will happily build another with invasion markings.

Great job Splash, the fuselage codes look fantastic. Much better than any decals.
