Will be great to see this MB biggie. You are turning out to be a one man Matchbox building machine!

Always loved the Matchbox, still got a few 1/72 aircraft to get that I never built as a nipper or would like to do again .

Hope the redundancy doesn't last too long Shane, been there and it's not good  I don't think I've seen the MB kit built, back in the mists of time I built the Airfix "A Bit O'Lace" rival. Good luck!

Sorry to here about the redundancy Shane hope the situation changes quickly for you.First time i have ever seen the parts of a MB B17 looks like a nice kit.Top choice on the decals, years ago(late 80's) i went to Bassingbourne Barracks working which used to be the air base in the war that the 91st flew from. The hangers were all still there and part of a runway, and all the buildings looked like they dated from the war.Sorry to waffle on nice start on what looks a real nice kit. :)

Bad news on the redundancy. I came close a few years back but managed to be one of the four (out of twenty four) who stayed on.
Here's hoping something comes your way soon.

Engines and landing gear stuts added to nacelles and all "guns" attached to mounting points. Now stuck trying to mask the ball turret as there is no framing other than the front circular screen . When you want a matchbox panel line u can't find one !

Masking a 1/72 ball turret  i struggled 20 years ago with a Monogram 1/48th when my eyes were perfect, much respect for tackling that job
