I like how that turned out.
The joint up top you can fix sometime when you feel like it. In the meantime, it really doesn't detract from the model.

Nice work !!
I suspect the kit nose wheel is a tad too long making the nose sit a bit high, or it could be your main gear which seems a bit splayed outward.

Very nice , almost makes me want to dig mine out . Think i've done enough nmf for the time being .

It's the sheer size of the finished item that puts me off.
Great build and do you enjoy all of those Working Features? The Libby currently hold the record for the most on any Airfix kit and, given the reticence of manufacturers to include such things today, this record is unlikely to be beaten soon.
Regards,
Bruce

Very nice result from the old Airfix beastie. A real testament to skill and patience

A good job, there. Great work on an old kit!
I think that had you used some filler and some wet'n'dry paper, you could have gotten rid of that seam line running down the fuselage. You need to watch those gun barrels, though. I've lost a few over the years to over-zealous sanding.....

Thanks for all the comments folks. As mentioned I enjoyed this build and would recommend it. Probably no need for all the moving parts though.

Just caught up on this and must say it does build up into an impressive beastie! How many of the working features did you manage to keep moveable?

Thanks Stamford. I kept most of the working features. The wheels under the wings are more kind of snapped in place rather than glued.
