Thanks guys, the lanc is a slow WIP.

The wings were assembled and attached, it's a terrible fit underneath and will require a lot of filler.

If there are no stupid questions, then what kind of questions do stupid people ask? Do they get smart just in time to ask questions?

Got a bit distracted by 2 episodes of two and a half men but I'm back on track now.

I got the gear and exhausts painted. I also filled the gaps on the wings and got the tailplanes on.

I'll probably have another update up at 11pm.

Cheers,
Paul

Do you call a double episode "Five Men" then ? :ha:

It looks like you've fixed the horrible wing fit nicely. :)
Did you do anything about the unspeakable wheel bays?

Cheers

No I didn't, I'm still not at that stage where I'm confident that I might be able to pull of some improvements to kits.

Cheers,
Paul

Well I managed to get two coats of Hu 156 on the undersides and as you can plainly see it will definitely need a third.

Next update at around 00:30.

You're making good progress. Shame about the paint, multiple coats are just what you don't need when you're doing a blitz.

It's a Cobra, not a Rattlesnake :ha:

How long is the paint taking to dry between coats?

Just got out of bed, everything is fully painted, all it needs is some of the sub-assemblies to be attached and then the decals. Lets hope its not a tail-sitter.

Cheers,
Paul
