Been off the bench for a couple of days. Jssel's Heavy Industries was in dire need of "pick up-put aways."

Can I scan you a set, Brews?

The fuselage halves go together.
One winglet per side.
Big prop on top, little prop on the back.
Skies on the bottom.
Clear piece goes in front.

Not really. The East Campus (which was the original site) is were all the Grumman Cats were. It is now the restoration hanger. While it is empty, the contest was held in there. The only Cat out right now is the Tomcat in the bright VF84 colors. I did see a S3 Viking partially tarped in the near distance. That will get me back there again.

I got a second place for my Airfix Mig15 (late edition). First place went to the same kit.

Next weekend will find me at the EAA AirVenture museum for a contest there. Friday nite is open cockpit night for the contest people. Supposed to have a P51 and the B17 open.

Your scan is about ready to send, Bruce. I want to check the sizing.

A quick scan today shows three completions and many more very close to being completed. Very impressive and we still have three weeks to go. No pressure guys. Hoping that everyone is learning a little bit about rotory-wing flight.

My apologies for being a little absent recently. My older brother just moved across country to be near family. He has Parkinson's. I have been assisting him settle in. It hasn't been all work and no play however, has I have sat in the cockpt of a DH Mosquito recently. See Aviation Hanger.

I am back at it now.

Great work going on here and tonight I will start reviewing threads and pulling the masking off my H-21.

It’s good to see you back, I hope your brother settled in OK.

Sitting in a Mosquito, now that’s not something you get to do every day, you lucky sod.

This marks the final day of the WhirlyBirds GB. There are a couple so close you can smell the JP4. I'll be compiling stats today for a report Tuesday. If there is anyone who is so close that a little extra time would benefit? Please PM me.

if that last post was aimed at me Jssel, don't worry. I've only myself to blame for not getting cracking earlier, and the deadline has already been extended once. I'll try to do as much as is reasonably possible but if I don't finish I don't finish!
