I've managed to get the first coat of camouflage on today, it'll need another coat though so it won't be finished by Monday night I'm afraid.

Thanks for the encouragement Jeff.

I've been working on it this evening and I've got another coat of paint on and fitted the undercarriage.

It's getting there but I'd rather take a few extra days than rush it and not be happy with it. The canopy already has a sticky finger mark on it and there's a gap at the front that needs a bit of filler.

I think I may have mounted the tail rotor too low down too. :oops:

I've only got myself to blame for not finishing on time as I should have done more earlier on in the GB.

I feel it is better to take the extra days to do it to your satisfaction than to rush and tear it up. The stuff you show in your pictures are easy fixes once you drop back and take a look. And besides that, you completed one for the build and that is a good thing.

Your Cobra is top shelf.
