That looks really sharp Jeff. I'll need to look into getting some of that old silver. Looks like good exposed aluminum.

So we are now ready for gloss and decals. Been in and out a bit lately and it has taken me from the bench but has not dampened my spirits. Tamiya Red was used on top even though it looks orange in the photo.

For such a small decal sheet there are quite a few items on it.

Mission accomplished.

I have to say that the kit had no vices except the ones from my input. I would highly recommend this kit to anyone interested. It appears to me that Italeri has nailed many of the 1/72 scale helicopters.

In finishing the kit, I found the decals stiff but strong but they reacted nicely to Solv-a-set as the Micro products just were not strong enough.

Thansk everyone who followed along.

Even though it's bent, you've got a great looking chopper there.

Well done, it looks excellent, I tried to get one of those today, but they only had the Hobby Craft version and as it was shrink wrapped I could not see what it was like, so I left it and picked up some odd ball Russian Helicopters instead.
