Eric, that HAS to be a record! Can anyone here beat that? Can anyone beat 37 years in the stash? :-D

Easy. I have an Airfix B-29 that I bought new. I cannot remember exactly when I bought it, but sometime between 1968 and 15 February 1971 as it still has the sticker on it that says I paid 16/6d. So let's say 43 years.

I'm sure others here can beat that too.

I saw an Airfix Skyvan kit at the Yeovilton model show today going for £15, I was tempted but gave it a miss.
