A thing of beauty, and that aircraft is a great canvas.

Superb modelling! That's absolutely brilliant work.......
Best wishes

If you can walk away from a landing, it's a good landing. If you use the airplane the next day, it's an outstanding landing

It's great to see this bird finished at last George and it's been well worth the wait! What a stunning piece of modelling, that is absolutely superb.

Re: Project "Warning Star": Lockheed EC-121D Plusmodel kit
This is an absolutely stunning build, I built the Constellation kit from Heller a couple of years ago, an old kit and it showed, lots of clamping to make warped parts fit and the sheet of decals for the windows was way out of alignment to the actual fuselage but a lovely classic plane, having seen a real one up close I do like the shape of them more now.

Amazing bit of craftsmanship! I tip my hat to you.
I had that old Heller kit too, many years ago. Ended up giving it to a kid to build just to make some room in the closet. IIRC it was a white fuselage and blue wing spruces. And warped, lots of pieces broken as well. And it was bought new!

Thank you for your interest and comment.
In fact this kit (PlusModel) was taken over by old Heller and upgraded to Warning Star.
It's not an easy kit to assemble and you have to work a lot.
