As a hurricane man myself,I am not a lover of spitfires but I am looking forward to seeing this one. :)

Anyhoo, here are the bits:

The fuselage and wings look to be crude copies of the Matchbox Mk.IX, while the other parts look to be, well.... not brilliant!

That said, it doesn't look to be a difficult build, per se. It will probably prove a bit of a nightmare, though!

Oh, and the decals are goosed. They're so out of register that I need to cross my eyes to get them to look right!

Yes, it does look Matchbox-y but cruder. Still, it's an interesting variant and worth a punt to have one in your Spit collection.

I was going to suggest they started with the Matchbox kit, that's what I did!

I had one of these once but got shot of it on Ebay. :lol:

IIRC its as rough as a Badgers bum.
