Lotnia Spitfire IX UTI
Lotnia Spitfire IX UTI
Just out of idle curiosity, I bought one of these from KingKit last week:
Having looked at the box contents, this could be interesting....!

Re: Lotnia Spitfire IX UTI
Anyhoo, here are the bits:
The fuselage and wings look to be crude copies of the Matchbox Mk.IX, while the other parts look to be, well.... not brilliant!
That said, it doesn't look to be a difficult build, per se. It will probably prove a bit of a nightmare, though!
Oh, and the decals are goosed. They're so out of register that I need to cross my eyes to get them to look right!

Yes, it does look Matchbox-y but cruder. Still, it's an interesting variant and worth a punt to have one in your Spit collection.
Doing - Tamiya 1/35th Universal Carrier.

Even a Hurricane fan is looking forward to this Spitfire getting built.
Re: Lotnia Spitfire IX UTI
That looks good, Zac. Funnily enough, that was one scheme I thought of doing on this one.
