It's looking good all that hard work is starting to pay off.
My work bench is starting to look like Portsmouth Naval Dockyard.

Re: Anigrand 1/72 HP 115
I did some work on this a fortnight ago but I haven't got round to posting due to the PB debacle.
Using splash's photos and other references I painted the leading wing edges and control surfaces light aircraft grey as they were fabric covered wood and then masked these areas. The wing edges areas shouldn't taper but I hadn't noticed and the deep panelines would be a pain to fill.
Alcad Aluminium was then used over the rest of the airframe, immediately showing up areas that needed more refinement but I decided to press on as I want to get this one done soon (ish). White Aluminium was used to add some panel variation. My airbrush had as it turned out clogged behind the needle which meant this whole session was frustrating as the paint flow kept stopping.
Finally to cap it all off the masking left the LAG along the edges and even the primer. I'm guessing finger grease along these parts where the kit was often held and missed during pre-primer cleaning. *sigh*
The photo flatters the finish of the NMF.

Re: Anigrand 1/72 HP 115
It turned out to be a serendipitous choice to use Mission Models Grey primer to touch up the edges where the paint hand lifted as it appears to be perfect match for Xtracrylix Light Aircraft grey. After also respraying the nose following some required sanding of filler I decided to remask the grey the so I could put a like coat of gloss over the NMF so help smooth it ready for decalling. I also managed to get the anti glare done. Looks like I'm ready for decalling yeah!

That is a very nice looking NMF, James and it certainly gave you some issues! Onwards with the decals and before you know it this long running build will be done

Looks good.
Interesting comment on the Mission Models Grey primer, I will have to look closer at that line.

Re: Anigrand 1/72 HP 115
The kits supplies decals for the aircraft as it was when it was fitted with smoke generators at the wing roots, namely the HP115 logo and other bits on the nose. I didn't want the smoke generators cluttering up the wings and so checked I've left off these extra markings. The rest of the decals are OK ans some extra that are no required or mentioned small yellow (P) and tiny serials. Also as there are two decal sheets to do left an right there are some additional spares. The underwing roundels should be the same size as the upper but went with them in the moment.
I've re-added the nose probe and need to details that up but only after applied the wing walk markings. I've run out of black lining as it all went on my Argosy, but a Uni-Pin marker of the correct width as been ordered and should be here shortly.
