Excellent. I think the finish is terrific, James. Great representation of metal panels.

That bare metal looks amazing, James. What a wild looking little aircraft!

James, that looks fantastic! It looks so good it made me swear out loud, as in 'That's freaking* brilliant!', which did get me some odd looks from others in the room.....

I am so impressed that I want to do one myself, but a quick look on Hannants web site and the price made me wince a bit.

Top work fella and well worth all the effort.

PS. Sorry James, I have a question. Did it require any nose weight? Doesn't look like it would, but just wondered.

No Zee I don't think I did ( I would have balanced tested the dry fitted parts) but there is plenty of room in the nose if a little was required. I agree about the price, resin kits seem to be priced by weight and a 'basic' Anigrand kit can cost the same as something as beautifully refined as Karaya flying boat. However I snafu'd this 2nd hand from a book seller at SMW a couple of years ago for ~£15

That's absolutely amazing work you've done there James!

I've been following your build on and off since you started and your patience and perseverance astounds me. :wanw

You've done a brilliant job and the shading in the paint on your natural metal finish is second to none, well done.

Sorry but I missed this being finished! That is a super finish - very convincing panel variation, and super extra details added. I do not know this kit, but you have turned something which was obviously pretty basic into a little gem.
