Airfix 1/72 Hunting Jet Provost T.Mk.3 **NOW FINISHED**

Post by Falcon »

Started this just prior to the New Year and did the majority of the build and paintjob on the 1st and 2nd of January.

Airfix 1/72 Hunting Jet Provost T.3. straight out of the box.

Gunze paint for the white and Light Aircraft Grey, Tamiya flat black, Vallejo silver and Xtracrylix for the red.

Added the decals this evening. Just to add the landing gear and give her a gloss coat.

Looking excellent with all of those crisp lines.

Just out of curiosity, why don't you gloss before you add the decals?

I usually do gloss before decalling but seem to have forgotten today.

Magnificent!
Best wishes

If you can walk away from a landing, it's a good landing. If you use the airplane the next day, it's an outstanding landing

All of these bright colorful provost kits are a joy to see. Yours is another fine example.

Hard to add much more than what's been said; it's beautiful.
It strikes me that this aircraft very closely resembles the Canadair Tudor. I wonder who copied who.
