I've got one of those!!
Me too......sounds like fun
Still, can't be worse than a Starfix.

Can it?

Daz - could you finish my 1/24 Harrier for me? :ha:

Seriously, you've done a great job on both. I bet you friend was pleased with them.

Cheers

No, no, I think I'm fine for 1/24th stuff for now! :ha:

I still reckon we should do a Starfix GB, you know! :-D

Are you sure? I have poorly fitting resin intakes to go with it? :-D

I'd go for that - though I doubt we'd get 8 people insane enough to join it :ha:

We've got two - that's a start! :-D

For the haters, though, not all Starfix kits are THAT bad. I did a Zero recently that was pretty good, and I saw someone on Facebook do the F-5 kit and it turned out quite well.

So there! :ha:

That PM F-5 kit is horrible. It is easier to carve one from filler.

blast it, Daz!

Sometimes I see something that triggers my hankering for a large scale model. This time it was your post.

They look awesome, I said to myself.

Way bigger than anything I'd ever build, I opined

...but maybe 1:32 would be okay.

A few youtube build videos later, and I suddenly found myself the owner of 1:32 Revell FW-190!

So much shelf space, gone. Just like that! :)

Seriously though, those are neat looking builds.

Cheers!

I know the feeling well. I'm starting to accumulate a small force of 1/32 stuff myself!

Revell Spitfire IIa (with another potentially on the way)
Revel Spitfire IX (the new one)
Revell Mosquito

And I'm contemplating the Matchbox Messerschmitt 109....!!
