BAC TSR.2 Airfix 1/72 Completed in September
Much filling and sanding to get doors and panels to fit in the closed position. Also around the air intakes.
Used Future colored with food coloring to tint the canopies.

Excellent job Barry. I know exactly how much work you have put in as its now the best fitting kit. I built a TSR 2 earlier this year with wheels up and that required a touch of filling as well as I remember.http://www.uamf.org.uk/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=15201
Good idea to use food colouring for the tinted windows. I sprayed artists ink on mine.

Well done. After the initial excitement at issue wore off, we don't seem to see many of these built anymore.

As we've said, David...it's not a throw together build, and that (or the discussions thereof) may be off putting to some. Shame really, especially in light of all the nice 'what if' decals that are available.

Very nice! Not an easy kit to produce such a good result from
Best wishes

Excellent work, Barry and I'm also aware that this is not the easiest kit to get the best out of - you've managed it very well indeed!

Hi Barry,
Nice work! I do like to see these in their prototype finish. I have seen this aircraft many times at the RAF museum and it always impresses me.

Dam another completed TSR while mine still languishes on the shelf of doom. Very nicely done.

Not my favourite aircraft, but a cracking good build of a not too easy kit - Congratulations!
