A tale of two Lightnings

Just recently I have built two jets,you can count on the fingers of one hand the number of non piston models I have built.The first is by Tamiya and in an odd scale 1/100. And the second by Airfix in the proper scale of1/72.Both models were painted by brush with acrylics and did not bother the filler tube.

Nice pair. I'd never have guessed they were brush painted.

Very nicely done with both of these, Ken. I do like a nice Lightning (English Electric or Lockheed P-38!).
