Mig 21 1/32 revell

I did this one as a test of how to handle natural metal finish.

I think it came out pretty well.

Thanks Dirk, I got the effect from using plain old silver rattle can followed by a pass with testor's dull cote and finally testor's semi gloss cote.

I didn't use full gloss because i wanted it to look a little used.

The old kit is the raised pamel type, the panel highlights were done with a sharp #2 pencil which really works well on metal finish.

Great looking Mig Chris.
My favourite Mig the 21, I'm looking for a 1/72 scale one any suggestions?.
The only way I got to keep them Tigers busy is to LET THEM SHOOT HOLES IN ME!

Oddly enough I've built two in 1/32 scale and never built one in 1/72 scale!

Fujimi had a line of Mig21's and I think Airfix had an early one but not sure if it is readily available.

Hope this helps.
